Watercress Project
At school, we are doing this super experiment which is about growing our own watercress. First of all, at school, we had to plant our seed in our pot and label our names on them.
Our experiment is to make a journal about the daily changes with our seeds. After receiving my seeds back home, after two days, I noticed that they were splitting and something green like the shoots were coming out.
They gradually developed into baby leaves and grew taller and taller.
Our experiment lasted one week, and after a week, we took them back home and we compared our watercress plant with one another. After that, we were told to take them back home where we could try and eat them.
Luckily, mine was so so delicious and I had them with my breakfast with was an amelette on toast with splinked water cress on.
